We want you to love your Allbirds as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period to test our shoes and apparel in the real world. If you aren't completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process for shoes or apparel.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
