What materials are Allbirds shoes made from?
We use premium natural materials including ZQ-certified Merino wool, FSC-certified eucalyptus tree fiber, and SweetFoam®—a carbon-negative EVA made from sugarcane.
Can I machine wash my Allbirds?
Yes! Most of our shoes are machine washable. Remove the insoles and laces, place the shoes in a delicates bag, and wash on a cold cycle with mild detergent. Always air dry.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. You can return or exchange your shoes within 30 days, even if you’ve worn them outside, no questions asked.
How do Allbirds fit?
Most of our styles come in whole sizes. If you are a half size, we generally recommend sizing up for our Wool styles and sizing down for our Tree styles for the best fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to many countries worldwide, including the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
Are your products sustainable?
Sustainability is at our core. We are a certified B Corp and carbon neutral. We measure the carbon footprint of every product and offset it to zero.
